Dance Theater Workshop works with artists around the world who are exploring new expressions in contemporary dance and performance, and nurtures their creative processes. For over 40 years, we have created opportunities for artists to develop and present new dance and performance in New York City and worldwide. Dance Theater Workshop provides artists with distinct resources that support a life of creative integrity, advances the critical role of contemporary dance and performance in local and global culture, and promotes public involvement in the art form.
