Performance and Residency Program

Created in 1965, Fresh Tracks is Dance Theater Workshop’s longest running series of new dance and performance. Featuring works by emerging artists selected through open auditions, Fresh Tracks artists are presented in the theater and receive a 50 hour creative residency along with workshops in creative development, fundraising, and marketing. Artists also participate in a two-day Dialogue session to foster open discussion about their creative process with artist/facilitator Levi Gonzalez. This season’s artists are Maggie Bennett, Jibz Cameron, Milka Djordjevich, Doorknob Company (Shannon Gillen & Elisabeth Motley), Otto Ramsted, and Rebecca Serrell.
