Known for physical virtuosity and musicality, Seán Curran enters new territory with this evening of three works. Aria/Apology is a quiet and contemplative quintet layered with recorded confessions of unspeakable crimes and arias from Handel operas. Force of Circumstance marks the start of a new process for the company as the generational gap between choreographer and performer grows, and will feature live original music by Christopher Antonio Williams Lancaster. Also on the program, Fire Weather is a work in progress with original music by Charles Wuorinen.
