Wrapping up the Guest Artist Season

Its hard to believe the 2007 - 2008 season is almost over! The next few days will wrap up our Guest Artist Series with Gotham Arts: SummerDANZ presenting Carolyn Dorfman Dance Company and Nicholas Andre Dance Theater.
Soon we will be announcing our Fall 2008 Season so keep checking in.

Writing on Dance with Claudia La Rocco

The Writing on Dance Class, taught by the freelance critic Claudia La Rocco, finished its six-week session recently. In one assignment, she asked students to experiment with the style and format of their reviews. This produced a range of unusual critical responses - and a few that we feel are downright inspired.
