Performance Club: February To-Do List | ART.CULT (February 4th, 2009 at 10:52 am)
[...] Our third event is the U.S. premiere, Feb. 25 - 28 of “Kisaeng becomes you,” a collaboration between the American choreographer Dean Moss and the Korean choreographer Yoon Jim Kim. Dance Theater Workshop is offering us $15 tickets. Just mention “PClub” when purchasing tickets, in person or via phone. I am planning to go on the 27th, when there will be an after-show toast. We can stick around for that or head off on our own. (scratch that - as Evan points out in her comment, tickets are just $10 online) [...]

I was very disappointed to discover that the $10 ticket online promotion was at best an exaggeration, at worst a lie and in either case a hoax. With fees and surcharges the ticket costs $14 each.
Bryan Fox (February 6th, 2009 at 6:44 pm)
Actually buying two tickets would be $14 each. If you buy one it would be $15.50.

Bryan,
I know it seems confusing, but across the board it is best to market the actual ticket price per unit as total costs vary depending on quantity purchased. Other theaters offering similar low cost tickets follow the same model. I can assure you this promotion is not meant to trick you. We simply want to offer the lowest prices we can right now, and unfortunately we can not currently get rid of ticketing fees. Please feel free to call me if you would like to discuss this further. 212.691.6500 x212. I hope over the next two months you are able to take advantage of this offer.
Best,
