It really is a great opportunity to be able to get this kind of perspective on an artist before seeing their work. Having never seen Yanira’s work before, I really appreciate this kind of insight into her past and process, without giving away too much of what we’ll see in the performance at Dance Theater Workshop. I think it will texture the upcoming show in a really rich way. Thanks!
