The Laboratory in Arts Management provides artists and administrators with an opportunity to explore the business side of producing dance, with an emphasis on strategic thinking and relationship building. Over the course of nine weeks, Lab participants work closely with established professionals to better understand the core principles of arts management including fund raising, booking, touring, marketing and more.
This year the Lab features a new structure that allows participants to tailor their workshop experience based on their current needs and areas of interest. Sign up for one course, or take all three.
