Dance Theater Workshop membership connects you to a vibrant community of over 650 independent artists and arts organizations. Through performances, research, advocacy, education, and collaboration, Dance Theater Workshop membership promotes the critical role of dance in society, and provides artists with distinctive, relevant services that empower creative integrity. As a member of Dance Theater Workshop, you become part of an organization with a 40-year history of championing dance and performance in New York City and around the world.

Dance Theater Workshop members have access to a range of support systems and resources that allow them to progress toward individual goals and develop their artistic vision. Services in fundraising, publicity, production, creative and professional development, and general arts management are available to artists working at all stages of their careers, across multiple disciplines.

Dance Theater Workshop offers annual membership at two levels: individual and organization. All members receive the same benefits. Additionally, organizational members can apply benefits to all official staff of their organization.
