Dance Theater Workshop mails season brochures twice a year, sends bi-weekly enews letters, and communicates with members, donors, and repeat ticket buyers via standard and electronic mail. Please use the links below to sign up for our mailing lists or to update your current contact information.

DATA COLLECTION
Dance Theater Workshop's website currently requires the collection of personal information to make a donation to
Dance Theater Workshop, to become a member of Dance Theater Workshop, and to join either our mailing list or E-News list.1. Making a Contribution
Information Collected:When you make a contribution to Dance Theater Workshop, we require the collection of your last name, postal address, email, and credit card information (type of card, card holders name, card number, expiration date, and security code).
Information Use:
Name and address are used for credit card verification as well as to contact you regarding your donation. Credit card information is secure and is not shared.
Information Storage:
The information you provide to us is not shared on our Web server.
Dance Theater Workshop will not share the names, postal information, email, credit card information or phone numbers of those who make a donation. However, if those who make a contribution are also Dance Theater Workshop ticket buyers, names may be shared with third parties for mailings of promotional performance materials unless Dance Theater Workshop is instructed not to share.
2. Becoming a Member
Information Collected:When you become a member of Dance Theater Workshop, we require the collection of your last name, postal address, email, and credit card information (type of card, card holders name, card number, expiration date, and security code).

This information may be shared with other artists in the Dance Theater Workshop member network for mailings of promotional performance materials unless Dance Theater Workshop is instructed not to share.
Dance Theater Workshop members receive a monthly Member Update email with important news about member benefits, opportunities and exclusive offers. Members also receive the bi-monthly MOSAIC E-Newsletter with news from other artists in the Dance Theater Workshop member network. Dance Theater Workshop sends membership renewal notices via email 30 days prior to your membership expiration date.
Dance Theater Workshop will not share, rent or sell email addresses collected through our Website.
Any e-mail sent via Dance Theater Workshop's Member Update, MOSAIC or Membership Renewal notice will include an opt-out option.
3. Dance Theater Workshop E-News
Information Collected:Opting to receive Dance Theater Workshop E-News requires the collection of your last name, address, and email address. Dance Theater Workshop will not share your email address with a third party.
Information Use:
After choosing to sign up for Dance Theater Workshop E-News, you will receive an email bi-weekly from Dance Theater Workshop outlining our upcoming events and promotions.
Dance Theater Workshop will not share, rent or sell email addresses collected through our Website.
Any e-mail sent via Dance Theater Workshop E-News will include an opt-out option.
ONLINE TICKETING
When purchasing tickets to Dance Theater Workshop events, you will be redirected to a third-party website, tickets.com.
Please refer to their website for their own privacy policies.Names from online purchases are available to Dance Theater Workshop, for our own records and may be used for Dance Theater Workshop mailings of promotional materials.
